Tokai COBEX est fier d’annoncer le démarrage fin 2022 de sa production française de matériaux d’anode de batterie, conçu avec l’une des plus faibles empreinte carbone au monde dans l’industrie des batteries.

Avec bien moins de 3 kg de CO_2eq/kg, l’empreinte carbone de notre E³BAM^® est 15 à 20 fois inférieur aux matériaux standards d’anodes. Les batteries de véhicules électriques contenant notre E³BAM^® peuvent afficher une empreinte carbone jusqu’à 2 fois inférieure à celle des autres batteries.

Une étude d’Analyse du Cycle de Vie (ACV) récemment réalisée et certifiée par une tierce partie atteste de cette très faible empreinte carbone.

We are pleased to announce that Tokai COBEX is one of the sponsors of this year’s CRU Silicon Market in Iceland. The conference will be held on October 12th-13th, 2022 and will bring together leading producers, consumers and traders of silicon metal, polysilicon and silicones.

This time we finally have the opportunity to participate in person and interact with our local customers and partners. In addition to the conference, a visit to PCC (PCC BakkiSilicon – State-of-the-art silicon metal plant in Iceland) will be offered to experience the “State-of-the-art Technology”, as PCC built one of the world’s most advanced and environmentally friendly silicon metal production plant.

Starting from May 2020, the Product Development Team in our Polish plants has been involved in creating new products, conducting market research and defining solution specifications. The experience and knowledge of the team members, such as raw materials quality control, process and product application management, result in the expansion of Tokai COBEX’ portfolio quickly, efficiently and eco-friendly.

The Polish Product Development Department is now integrated in the Research and Development Center in Vénissieux, France, which has more than 50 years of experience. The merger of both units enables us to improve the utilisation of knowledge and experience of Tokai COBEX employees in all supplied markets.

Eintracht Frankfurt and Tokai COBEX have agreed on a partnership that will initially run until 30 June 2024.

Within the framework of this cooperation, Tokai COBEX will run day camps with the Eintracht Frankfurt football school and will also use the national brand awareness of the Bundesliga club for its own communication purposes. In addition, Tokai COBEX moves into its own company box in the Deutsche Bank Park and will also use it for internal purposes.
